NPI Readiness Specialist (Hybrid)

Description

In this highly collaborative role, you will be at the forefront ensuring our channel readiness for supporting new product launches on a global scale. Working closely with our Commercial and Aftermarket Teams, you will ensure that we have everything in place for our channel to successfully deliver and service our products.

Develop your career within this highly autonomous and visible role with the support you need to be successful. You will be responsible for improving the performance of channel partners through processes and tools, creating enhancements through an understanding of the performance metrics.

Hybrid position (With the option to work from any UK Cummins site)

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Representing the Channel Readiness team’s voice in interactions with BUs, Segments and Aftermarket teams.

  • Being main point of contact for selected regions as Subject-Matter-Expert on Channel Readiness and Management

  • Delivering successful channel readiness projects, translating demand requirements into tangible solutions in the supporting channel.

  • Participating in cross business unit and cross-functional teams to improve common processes and measurement tools to ensure business objectives are conveyed to distributors.

  • Understanding, establishing and communicating our channel partners’ and NPI performance metrics and KPIs.

  • Host regular meetings with stakeholders to share performance KPIs, trends, observations and critical projects status as well as concerns/gaps.

Qualifications

With a drive to develop your career and grow within the role you will already have:

  • Outstanding project management and administration skills, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and tasks, usually within tight timeline .

  • Ideally Channel experience, however experience within a service engineering, customer or marketing environment where you’ve worked on a global scale with multiple internal and external stakeholders will be acceptable.

  • You will thrive on collaboration, building relationships across a range of departments, from Segments, Service, Aftermarket, and regional channel teams.

  • Comfortable working in a constantly changing environment, you will be able to reflect on a global view seeking to achieve a common goal over time.

  • Experience of managing complexity, making sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information and requirements to effectively solve problems.

  • A college, university, or equivalent degree

  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
