We are looking for a self-motivated, experienced individual who can elicit requirements from the business, negotiate trade-offs between business needs and tool capability, and translate these into clear, concise user stories. They need to bring structure and clarity to often complex and involved processes which touch many stakeholders. All projects have a global reach and provide the opportunity to extensively network cross functionally. The successful candidate will be part of the PMO within the Global Sales Support team which has team members in India, China, UK and US.
As a Business Process Analyst, you will be responsible for:
Leading or conducting requirements gathering activities, ensuring that the impact of changes is well understood and approved by the appropriate stakeholders within the organisation.
Manage fast-changing priorities in a dynamic environment to deliver the most impactful solutions to business stakeholders.
Leading or conducting solution assessment and validation to ensure that functional specifications meet the identified business needs within the organization; Conducts complex problem analysis and resolution as needed.
Evaluates relationships and interdependencies between requirements based upon their complexity and value to the business to determine feasibility and prioritization.
Effectively communicate, document, and demonstrate the business process changes, and manage stakeholder expectations at all time and champion change management
Maneuvers comfortably through complex policy, process, and people related organizational dynamics. Seeing ahead to future possibilities and translating them into breakthrough strategies.
Qualifications
To be a success in your role you will need:
College, university, or equivalent degree required.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to drive and influence stakeholders on business transformation.
Understanding of the Lead to Cash business processes.
Experience of working with tools used in project delivery (MS Office, Rational, JIRA)
Experience of working in PMO delivering software solutions using waterfall & agile methodologies.
Significant experience working in cross functional project teams and with different levels within the organization.
C ompensation and Benefits include:
Annual Salary between £50,000 and £69,000 DOE
Defined contribution pension scheme - company contributions up to 9%
