This is an exciting opportunity in Milton Keynes for a Technical Project Leader

Cummins Electrified Power are a leading provider of flexible battery solutions for demanding automotive and power applications .

Your impact will be seen in these and other ways:

  • By managing single discipline staff engaged in various engineering projects and assignments.

  • By applying advanced knowledge of engineering principles and practices

  • Lead a medium size technical group and works under broad direction.

  • Establishes employee performance standards; works collaboratively to set goals and to address areas of deficiency.

  • Influences business-area leadership decisions.

  • Manages financial controls and risk, ensuring operations are executed within established budget.

  • Identifies issues, problems, and opportunities to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Experienced Technical Specialist/Specialist Engineeringknowledge in their field

  • Experience inBattery Management system, Low voltage, High voltage, Electrical or Mechanics

  • Experience of delivery of a product through to production

  • Substantial leadership experience in the field of battery development

  • Experience ideally within an automotiveindustry

  • Experienced within System Engineering

  • The ability to work collaboratively, and communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders

Required Education, Licenses or Certifications

  • BEng in Mechanical, Electrical or Systems Engineering

  • Bachelors in Systems Engineering (not essential but desirable)

Compensation and Benefits

Salary £52-63k per annum (dependent on experience)

12% Variable Bonus (dependent on company's performance)
