In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Evolving Cummins.com into a lead generation engine, so we have clear actionable funnel that will drive customers along a journey using personalized dynamic content.
Collaborating with the content marketing team, to develop clear call to action campaigns, based around promotional events, products, and other clear customer profile requirements.
Defining our approach to personalization, developing the strategy through to implementing the key tools, analysis and working with the marketing automation team to ensure we have clean data.
Continually optimizing and AB testing Cummins.com to drive engagement, leads and primary calls to action through customer journey design and enhancements.
Transforming Cummins.com into an engaging hub that demonstrates the company’s breadth of solutions and thought leadership.
This is a fully remote role based in the UK, with need to travel to the US on a regular basis to meet and collaborate with the Marketing Team.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Experience of driving change and website transformation through qualitative UX research and A/B testing for the web channel to continually improve user experience.
Know-how of data gathering and reporting for lead/demand generation, personalization performance along with conversion rates, performance metrics, marketing KPIs etc.
A customer focus, building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions will be key.
Have a critical eye for emerging digital marketing trends, digital for business, metrics, paid vs. organic, advertising content).
Experience working in various CMS’ and CRM on a global scale.
Have ideally worked on Web Campaigns within a B2B environment, however experience within B2C would also be welcome.
A college, university, or equivalent degree in communications, marketing, or a related subject.

£55,200 - £69,000 - Dependent of experience
