As a global leading power technology company with a 100 year history of innovation, we provide a broad range of power technologies from diesel and natural gas engines and generators to fully electric and hybrid powertrains and other alternative technologies.
Taking a lead in the Integrated Regional S&OE, you will be managing supply plan alignment across the regional network to known regional constraints by product family. Utilizing your analytical skills to highlight potential problems, and negotiating with internal stakeholders and customers to resolve problems.
In this role, you will also make an impact in the following ways:
Representing Integrated Supply Chain in the Business Unit IBP SC Reviews by presenting a holistic response to a variety of scenarios, including: inventory plans, demand scenarios, supply risk, inventory exposures, potential delivery concerns, strategic stock alignment, allocation updates, etc.
Facilitating alignment sessions with the BU SC Team ahead of presenting the recommendation into the BU SC Review.
Inventory Planning and Reporting including known exposures and opportunities as a function of the supply plan.
Ensuring allocation logic is built into plans where a managed demand process is being executed.
Management of a team that focus specifically on site focused and network focused activities.
This is a hybrid role based in Leeds, with a minimum of 3 days a week onsite.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
You will enjoy leading a team and be a great coach, with the ability to set a clear vision and support the team to achieve their goals.
The drive to continuously look at ways to improve both yourself and your team.
A good working understanding of demand management and an integrated end-to-end supply chain.
Experience of a customer facing role with the ability to have the tough conversations with Marketing and Sales.
The ability to articulate and communicate overall customer centric supply chain risk and how to pull levers to reduce the risk.
A relevant degree and ideally be Six Sigma Green Belt Certified or be interested in progressing within this qualification.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

£73,200 - £91,500 - Dependent of experience
