Account Specialist
Description
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Account planning, identify initiatives and ensure these are executed to encourage customer success and growth through close liaison with other team members
Work closely with other members of the team to safeguard a successful relationship with the customer that will ensure account profitability
Negotiations. Support quarterly reviews of Customer Specific requirements; annual reviews of existing contracts and utilize/support sales processes for new contracts.
Act as a champion for the voice of the customer within the business.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Team Player flexible and willing to expand scope to meet customer needs
Passion and willingness to deliver customer support excellence with Zero Defect
Proficient in the use of MS Office
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Ability to use own initiative, working as part of a team or alone.
Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or any business-related degree or;
High Standard of Secondary Education and commitment to continuous leaning and skill development
Foreign Language Aptitude would be advantageous

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary £27,000 upwards depending on experience
