We are seeking a creative Marketing and Communications entrepreneur who has the passion and determination to lead and develop Marketing Communications, Analytics and Customer Engagement across the Cummins Power Generation business across the world. You will be based from home in the USA, UK or Europe (other locations will be considered).
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Develop and execute marketing communication strategies for the Power Generation product markets globally.
Create and deliver communication and promotional plans that meet business objectives, consult on communications strategy and key messages, and measure success and outcomes against key metrics and KPIs
Prior experience of communications and marketing tools and outcomes, including web, digital marketing, trade shows and events, social media, agency management, budget and finance acumen, and supplier relationship management
Collaborate with the global sales team to understand growth opportunities and create and execute communications strategies to deliver key business objectives for the region
Encompass the ability to work independently, autonomously and utilise your creative flare in communications to market an extensive complex product portfolio and be able to understand the products to execute them efficiently. You will also monitor the campaign success and measure this against Marketing KPI’s
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Bachelors Degree in Marketing and Communications or Similar
Proficient in English – Excellent writing and editing skills in a variety of formats, including printed material, web, digital marketing and others as required
Experienced in B2B Marketing, Digital experience preferred (emerging trends, digital for business, metrics, paid vs. organic, advertising content).
Hybrid role / flexibility to work in the USA / UK / Europe
