We are looking for a talented HSE Technician to join our team specializing in HSSEn Management Systems for our Power System Business Segment in Daventry.

This is a hybrid role working Monday – Friday 37.5 hours per week.

Salary is £28,900 - £35,300 depending on experience.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Provides technical support on the ISO140001, ISO 45001 and ISO50001 management systems under the guidance of the site HSE Manager. Assist in the implementation, analysis, review and sustainability of Health, Safety and Environmental Management Systems. This role will specifically focus on maintaining the sites ISO standards performance.

  • Drives the adherence to the ISO Management Systems held by the Daventry site.

  • Ensures all key requirements of the ISO standards are met and up to date i.e. Management Review

  • Maintain local HSE policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

  • Support with the deployment of corporate HSE initiatives and local health, safety and environmental policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

  • Maintain confidentiality and appropriate recordkeeping standards in line with corporate data protection and retention requirements

  • Participate in HSE inspection and audit programs

  • Participate and lead incident investigation and reporting

  • Assist in the analysis of HSE related trends

  • Maintains skills and knowledge required to perform job duties

  • Support health, safety, environmental and wellness initiatives

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Experience in ISO140001, ISO 45001 and ISO50001 is essential

  • Comprehensive PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Problem solving ability’s
