Description
We are looking for an experienced HSE Manager with a flair for coaching a diverse team and a genuine passion for continuous improvement projects to join our manufacturing plant in Daventry, UK.
Your impact will be seen in these and other ways:
Develop and foster a positive HSE culture. Instill fundamental values with everyone on-site – focusing on achieving a zero-incident environment.
Coach and mentor the HSE team, setting and achieving KPI's and encouraging skills developments and progression.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to achieve and sustain world-class HSE performance.
Chair HSEMS Management Reviews with site leadership.
Develop intricate hazard control designs, methods, procedures, and programs.
Anticipate, identify, and evaluates hazardous safety conditions and environmental risks.
Qualifications
To be successful, you will need;
Significant experience managing HSE within a high-risk environment.
NEBOSH certified with substantial experience in a similar role.
Previous experience in a team management role is essential.
To be an influential leader who can motivate people to achieve critical targets by working smartly and collaboratively. Compensation and Benefits

Salary between £54,500 – £66,000 depending on experience.
