Commercial Representative
Description
We are looking for a talented Transportation Administrator to join our team working across our Plant and brand-new state of the art Logistics Centre in Daventry.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Create and maintain an outbound & inbound collection and delivery schedule for domestic and international transportation across 2 shift patterns (early and late shift).
Processing shipment documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory & company policy and procedures.
Updating and monitoring our track and trace system for all modes of transportation.
Provide excellent and accurate customer service to internal and external customers.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Experience of freight forwarding/transportation would be advantageous.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Proficient in the use of MS Word and Excel.
Previous use of WMS (Blue Yonder/Oracle) would be advantageous but not essential as training will be given.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
Ability to use own initiative, working as part of a team or alone.
Time management and decision making are key skills to achieve expectations and results.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary between £22,300 £25,088 depending on experience
