We are looking for a talented Pensions Director to join our team specializing in Pensions for UK, EMEA & APAC for our Corporate Business function based from any Cummins Site in the UK or your remote home office.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Lead on the strategy, plan design, development and implementation of the company’s employee retirement programs and financial wellness within the regions (UK, EMEA & APAC).
Work with trustees and local management to ensure pension plans are compliant with corporate governance, regulatory requirements and in line with Cummins retirement philosophy across all regions.
Assess and monitor in country market practices, trends and changes in regulatory requirements.
Design and develop strategy & governance for retirement plans to ensure they support Workforce Strategy and other business needs across the regions.
Develop and lead the design of communications and education to support key strategic initiatives.
Manages third party provider partnership agreements including contract management/ performance metrics and directs initiatives to improve performance
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Demonstrable technical knowledge within pensions, regulations and compliance across multiple countries/regions for a US Head Quartered Corporation.
Experience of managing complex change projects relating to pensions plans within one or multiple countries.
Proven leadership skills regarding stakeholder alignment (internal & externally).
Ability to lead a teams and budgets.
Applicants will ideally have appropriate qualifications such as the Pensions Management Institute or equivalent in relevant experience.
